This week Lucy continues talking about self-love, but gets down to under appreciated specifics, self-respect and a growth mindset.
Lack of self-love can stem from a lack of self respect, that’s why we don’t treat ourselves with kindness and gentleness. But if we respect ourselves, love will follow.
And often we feel like we don’t deserve better things, but if we have a growth mindset we can see that we do deserve better, and ways to achieve growth, happiness and self-love
